support coach required - closes 25th July

Support coach required to assist with the delivery of various programmes, perform basic social media tasks and acts as a liaison with new clients during the onboarding process.

Job Description

We are looking for an organised and personable individual who can assist with the delivery of various programmes and monitor adherence throughout with the main goal of ensuring clients get the best results possible from their experience with Dom Thorpe Online Fitness.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carrying out initial video assessments of new clients
  • Administration of multiple facebook Groups
  • Review client adherence and report back to Dom
  • Carry out accountability calls with clients
  • Assist with the overall growth of the company and fulfillment of coaching programmes
  • Act as an accountability partner for existing clients
  • Respond to enquiries regarding the programmes
  • Call/msg clients regularly to onboard, check in & provide help/coaching & accountability
  • Respond to client email & group questions to a high level & do whatever needed to help them get results
  • Respond to prospect enquiries through social media & other channels
  • Manage social groups - both client & prospect groups
  • Work on continued optimisation of coaching programs & making sure our coaching & results are always leading the industry
  • General client & marketing admin

Must be:

  • Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram

  • Good on the phone talking to people with disabilities
  • Someone who loves to think, improve and take ownership of processes to improve them


  • An interest in and/or experienced in helping people with disabilities and chronic illnesses
  • Experience with one or more of my programmes
  • An interest in health and fitness
