Do you celebrate valentine’s day?

I love any opportunity to go on a date with my wife and treat her real nice. Some people say that Valentine’s Day is a Hallmark marketing ploy to sell more cards, and this is probably true, but if it means me and my wife take the day off work and spend quality time together, I’m all for it.

I’ve a friend who doesn’t celebrate Valentine’s Day because “I don’t need a special day to show my partner that I love him” which is funny, because I don’t either. But I can’t take every day off work to drink cocktails and eat at fancy restaurants, so this is a good opportunity to remind me to do things like that.

Same goes with health and fitness. The aim of the game is to spend most of your days being active and eating healthy, nutritious foods. Then you can spend the special occasions relaxing and indulging a bit. If it were the other way around it wouldn’t work. Well, I say it wouldn’t work, but there are many, many people who actually do adopt that lifestyle. Their health deteriorates at a far more rapid rate than those who do the former.

My mission is to help those who want to change, to do exactly that by providing clear and simple fitness plans. Plans which by the end of the 12 weeks, transform your lifestyle so that the “norm” is to be healthy and active, and the special occasions are the ones where you treat yourself real nice.

And they work for bodies which don’t necessarily work in the conventional manner. In fact, over 500 people with MS have now done the MS Warrior Programme and it looks like the recently launched Fatigue Fit Programme is going to be even more of a game changer.

The question is, which one will you do?

Well if fatigue is the main thing holding you back, you guessed it. If MS and all of its quirks is what’s stopping you, you know the one.
