    Dom is fantastic I not only have chronic pain syndrome I have suooorted people with long term disabilities and health issues in my employment/roles. I have a good understanding of the type of support people need and Dom seriously is the full package. The only thing I would want extra is to do 1:1 face to face coaching (I couldn’t go to any old coach as they do not understand chronic pain). Dom will consider not just one side but all these:

    – the disability or health issue
    – your home circumstances
    – your general physical health
    – your mental health and well being
    – his flexibility is individualised so there is no one size fits all
    – programs are timely to fit in with your life and Barriers at the time
    – his attitude to his clients is 5 star
    – he is empathetic, listens and cares
    – he sets good SMART goals
    – he shows respect and values you
    – he is enthusiastic
    – he educated you and abolishes myths
    – he puts you in control not him
    – he holds you to account but does not judge you or pigeon hole you

    He has been a great success for me in terms of weight management his food diary/ regime really does work. I’ve lost no weight since my pain started 2005 which is when my health issue began. But finally since jan 2020 when I have signed up with Dom I’ve steadily lost weight weekly. I’ve learnt how my body works and what works for me.     I just completed the Custom Fit program. Highly recommended! I have had MS for19 years and was 2 years post my worst relapse when I started the program. If you are looking for a program for supporting a positive healthy lifestyle change, this is a good place to start and keep going! I have reached my weight goals, completed a fitness plan and I feel great and move better which was my goal. I am in a place now with a plan to continue and keep improving. Dom is a true professional in that he certainly has the expertise and knowledge in physical training, specifically knowledgeable about MS. He customized an exercise program and was quick to tweak the program to meet my needs and provide suggestions. He is a good listener and sensitive to the needs of his clients. Weekly calls were supportive and really helped me with being accountable to myself, a major problem for me! Also provides a meal plan and coaching to achieve weight goals. The complete package!     I’ve just completed a 12 week custom fit programme with Dom and I haven’t felt this good in over five years. I’ve been through many training programmes, diet plans and trainers/physios, but none were able to understand the chronic fatigue I suffered nor were able to respond to in the way that Dom did (gently, positively, expectantly and encouragingly). He understood, never questioned and listened to the way my body was reacting – often to unknown factors. He introduced me to concepts that at aged 40 I still had to learn and he knew when to provide encouragement and education to help me through challenging times. The Facebook page is a great source of knowledge from people in similar situations and you can be in it or out of it as much as you feel like which works so well with pain or fatigue conditions. I can’t recommend Dominic enough to anyone who needs a foundation and framework to build from to take the next step in your health particularly for anyone who has, or even suspects they have a condition they are battling against. Oh and I should probably add that I’ve lost a lot of weight and am a lot fitter and stronger so everyday life has become progressively easier too. 10/10.

    Since starting the programme with Dom, I learnt a lot about my diet. I thought I had been eating a healthy diet but Dom pointed out some problems in my diet that were leading to weight gain. It was tough to hear but very good to hear. The programme has helped me to steadily lose weight and has helped to keep me fit during lockdown.

    I gave engaged in 2 of Dom’s many programs —the M S Warrior and the Custom Fit programs! Doms excellent knowledge and personality help me loose weight 20 pounds through his programs , signed up for a charity walk (which I have not done for atleast 5 years) Dom was kind enough to donate himself and put an investment in me!! We set goals long term and short— he answered questions provided advised and shared a couple laughs!! He also has set up supportive groups online that allow us to support one another!!Thanks Dom- U are wonderful!!

    Dom’s Custom Fit program has helped me tremendously. At 53 and having lived with CFS for 6 years I thought I’d tried everything, but Dom had other ideas. After 12 weeks my energy levels are dramatically improved and with the resistance program I am starting to see the return of some of the muscles I used to have!

    Motivation was not an issue for me, having trained for sports in the past, but I was skeptical that I’d be able to do any weights work. I was wrong and have progressed every week – albeit form a very low base.

    The strict diet was a concern. However, I took a Jason Bourne attitude and decided to “commit to the program”. The benefit is losing a kilo of excess fat a week – yes, 12 kilos in all and I feel much better for it.

    I’ve just rolled over into another 12 week program to try and work on my cardio fitness too and am hopeful that Dom’s expertise and experience can help me as much as the first program.

    Dom made it clear at the outset that he is not is the business of cures, but can help with quality of life by getting you climbing the “ability ladder”. I went into the program with the same attitude, but am more optimistic now that I may eventually be rid of CFS than I have been in the last 6 years.

    I cannot recommend Dom highly enough, wish I’d come across him years ago.

    I like the emails, they remind I’m not a waste of time ! Doing exercises is not a waste of time which it feels like sometimes.
    Think I need a bit of a shake up with new workouts, different order or something new.
    Dom listen s well , do I feel heard and motivated to keep moving, when it’s hard.

    I have just finished the 12-week custom fit programme with Dom. I wasn’t able to do the exercises every day due to work commitments and a bout of illness.

    However the greatest thing that Dom helped me with was to change my misguided thinking.

    Before starting this programme, I used to have a stubborn mental block. I was previously a runner. OK, 10k was my maximum but I enjoyed taking part in organised (non-competitive) races.

    Due to MS, I’m now worn out just walking down the road with my rollator. And I’ll admit that when I see people, who are fortunate not to have MS or some other disability, posting about how many steps they’ve done or where they’ve been running etc., it did get me down.

    Because I could no longer do what I used to, I was doing nothing (!). Dom helped me to see how futile this was and to forget the past, and what others can do, and concentrate instead on what I CAN do.

    I have learned a lot about nutrition. I was a bit skeptical at first but that’s just how I am, and it DOES work. I have lost approx. a stone. I feel better mentally and my husband commented that I was less physically exhausted from walking up the road the other evening.

    I had never used weights before and, whilst 2kg is probably heavy enough for me, I now have more muscle definition and the biggest bonus is, I have a WAISTLINE. (I can’t stop looking at it when I catch sight of myself in the mirror!)

    The app to keep a record of what I’ve done and the progress I’ve made, plus the weekly accountability phone calls from Dom were exactly what I needed to help with my motivation.

    If you’ve been toying with the idea of doing the custom fit programme, my advice would be, just go for it!

    I have just completed the 12 week custom fit programme and found it extremely helpful. The daily emails were great for motivation and mental health. I feel stronger and have started making much healthier choices. The weekly calls kept me on track and the exercises were tailored to my physical ability.

    I would strongly recommend this programme to all MS sufferers. Thank you to Dom and your team and I wish I had signed up earlier!

    I’ve been following Dom since my RRMS diagnosis, and I’ve done some of the basic programs as well as the custom fit program! When I started, I was curling soup cans, and now I’m deadlifting 110lbs (almost 50kg!)

    Not only has Dom been a huge inspiration and excellent trainer, but I’ve met fantastic people through the wonderful community he fosters. Dom is a trainer who cares about his clients, and doesn’t blindly throw “one size fits all” workouts at you. The custom fit program is truly individualized, and having the ability to ask questions and change things up was so nice! He’s helped me come so far in my health journey, and I’d recommend his training to anyone 🙌

    Well what can I say but, wahoo, what a fantastic program. It’s the best thing I’ve ever signed up for. This program deals with all aspect of helping with my disability, there is always someone there to guide me when things get tough. I can’t recommend the custom fit enough as a fit person before the MS took hold, I found my slow decline very hard to deal with, but this program has given me back my independence and confidence to get back out in the world. It’s exactly what I needed, I had been given, by so many different sources, different exercises, but Dom’s custom fit program was tailored to me and that was exactly what I needed, Dom listened to everything I said and created a program for my individual needs. I can’t thank him and his staff enough, you’ve changed my life.

    I have MS, have had breast cancer and over the past two years have got divorced, moved house and had to change my job. I decided during this life-change to actually ask for help (which I’ve rarely done in the past) so I went down the American route and put together a little team to help me get through it all. Dom was part of that team and made a massive difference to where I’m at now. He sent over strength training routines specific to my needs, and I checked in every week with his colleague Kerrie. The upshot is that I had no relapses and have come out of it all a whole lot stronger AND back into workouts that I love (I swam at 7 this morning and even walked down to the pool and back in the rain!).     I’ve just finished my 2nd custom fit programme. The first couple of weeks were hard, but since then it’s got easier. I even managed to keep exercising through a relapse. A bonus of following the healthy eating plan is I’ve lost 15kg over the 24 weeks. Due to being ill last week and in bed I didn’t exercise but this morning I’m back to working out. I intend to carry on exercising and eating healthily in the future. This is my regime for life now. I could not have done it without Dom and Kerrie checking in with me on a regular basis. They kept me going when I might have slipped. Thank you both.

    I have had RRMS since my mid-20s, now in my early 40s. Exercise and diet had taken a backseat for a long time, and I felt I was on a slow downward spiral. Finding the Custom Fit programme completely transformed this situation. I was assigned Kerrie (who also has MS) as my personal MS fitness instructor and she tailored a fitness and nutrition programme to my goals and abilities. From day one, everything was made simple for me to stick to the plan: each exercise is demonstrated in an in-app video to ensure I performed it correctly, and each meal has a full recipe and video. Weekly check-ins with Kerrie over the phone and daily motivational emails from Dom spurred me on, as did a couple of video calls with Dom too. By sticking to the programme, I lost a stone in weight and made significant improvements to my fitness and energy levels. These improvements have been transformative in terms of both my independence and confidence.     I was unsure what to do when I realised I needed help and support to get fitter and stronger to better manage my MS. I looked at all sorts of programs and came across Dom’s. I looked into what others thought and got from it, which was all positive, and decided to go for it. I’ve just completed a 12 week program and couldn’t be more pleased. The support from Dom and his trainers is fantastic. It’s the whole deal. I didn’t need to lose weight, but needed a structured exercise program. The other part is the social hub of the other members, which is a REAL support. I’ll certainly be continuing with this. A real life saver. Seriously.

    I did the costume fit program to help me get out of my rut, and to get fit again. I’m was Double Paralympics Swimmer, so I wasn’t a novice to exercise lol 😜 ~ just kinda lost my way through the years .The program really helped me get back on track with the my nutrition and fitness Dom and his team are very supportive and positive.

    I have just completed the custom fit course.
    12 weeks….phew!
    Every day some sort of training ensuring all muscle groups strengthened. I have MS and could walk with sticks for about 5 mins and now I can walk for about 15. This is wonderful.
    I do not want to lose this strength.
    I have never done weight training before. It is addictive, so enjoyable…the best.
    This course is expensive and worth every penny.
