    See what I did there?…..it’s the Dom effect 😂
    I can honestly say I found this THE BEST programme for me.
    I am fitter and stronger but the bit I was struggling with was continuing to lose weight…the FLAB approach has cracked it for me..I think it is the small group approach. Dom has been meeting us ‘live’ twice a week for encouragement and question answering (no holes barred, ask him anything). We film our weekly weigh in, no kidding yourself that way! Full accountability. The aim is to lose 5-10% of your body weight, this is doable (I find out tomorrow my final result) if I can do it so can you 😊

    Really enjoyed the programme, the accountability and weekly weigh-ins were really helpful, not to mention the support on the Facebook group. Dom’s Facebook live check-ins and educational emails are invaluable. The only thing I would like to see added is follow-along work-out videos but that’s just because of my personal memory/cog fog! Thanks Dom
