My health was being sacrificed. I lost the body I had when I worked in a gym and developed a hefty paunch from spending too much time at my desk. I felt low, unhealthy, soft, and too embarrassed to take my shirt off. Something had to change.

So I spent 6 years testing and trialling various methods from other fitness professionals, bodybuilders, athletes, dieters and body-shapers to establish what was essential, and what was a waste of time and effort. Eventually, I developed a strategy which was so simple, so efficient and so easy to implement, it completely transformed my body AND my mental health - without sacrificing my work.

I implemented everything I'd learnt and the results are the images you're seeing.

I learnt how to:
- Burn fat easily without doing ANY boring cardio
- Build lean muscle without spending hours in the gym
- Eat convenient and healthy meals in whatever situation
- Improve overall health & fitness WITHOUT impacting my businesses
- And most importantly, I started to feel GOOD about myself again.
- And when I FEEL good, I'm at my most focused and most productive.

I'd worked out how to get MAXIMUM ROI on my training regime. I'd worked out how to make it ProFitable by putting in less and getting more out.

Naturally, I wanted to share this with my clients. But after trying to convey the message through face to face training sessions, I realised it wasn't working. It wasn't my method, it was the face to face system. It simply didn't work. Clients felt that it was "okay" to not exercise between our sessions because "at least I saw Dom once this week". Clients still cancelled sessions because their meetings got in the way. The result was another week gone by with no training sessions. I needed to deliver my new method in a better way. A way which my clients could follow easily and put everything I've learnt into practice.

That's when I created The ProFit Programme.

A programme designed specifcally for business owners to take control of their health without sacrificing their company profits. Profitable business and a profitbale fitness regime.

I'm Dom Thorpe, creator of The Profit Programme. Since 2008 I've been spending most of my time in an office, running multiple fitness companies. If it wasn't for my wife and kid, I'd probably spend even more time working.
