This is true for many people and the reasons are common among everyone.
- fear of trying something new
- fear of making things worse or injuring yourself
- health not high enough on your list of values (work, family, tv, food and social tend to come above health)
- unrealistic goals sending you off track within a few weeks
- lack of knowledge of the RIGHT things to do to achieve your goals
- lack of accountability to keep you on track when things get difficult
The good news is, this doesn’t have to be true for you. If you’ve been paying attention to me you’ll know that 1 & 2 on the list are unfounded because once you do try, you’ll realise what you’re ACTUALLY capable of. A LOT more than you realise.
3 is easily fixed because health can move up your priority list once someone highlights this to you on plain paper (or screen as is the case here) like I just have. You just need to schedule it first and fit other things in around it. If you wait until all of the other things are done before you fit it in, it’ll never happen.
4 and 5 you can get by spending a lot of time researching, scrolling through my Facebook or Instagram posts from the past few years or simply through trial and error.
6 requires help from someone else, so get a friend, a trainer or a group of peers to motivate you.
Or you can save a LOT of time and benefit from my 12 years experience in doing this stuff by signing up for one of my programmes. I’ve condensed all of my knowledge into super easy-to-follow programmes which will solve all of the above problems. Not just that, but they’ll actually teach you stuff so you’re more independent and confident in the future.
All you do is follow the plan, safe in the knowledge that the exercises are carefully thought out & suitable for all levels, the nutrition plans are easy to follow and based on years of great results and current knowledge. The daily emails keep you engaged, educated and entertained, making your fitness journey and enjoyable one.
What’s not to like?
The only decision you have to make is which programme?
If you’re on a budget, the MS Warrior Programme is a great option at £99 ($130) or 12 weekly payments of £9.99 ($12.99).
If you want a totally customised plan and weekly calls with me to ensure that you’re firing on all cylinders, its a good idea to apply for the Custom Fit Programme where I’ll guide you all the way through the 12 weeks like a fitness trainer in your pocket.
It’s January so there’s no better time. If not now, when?
